Black pepper is produced from the still-green, unripe drupe of the pepper plant
Drying using dryers during which the pepper skin around the seed shrinks and darkens into a thin, wrinkled black layer

After that grading will be done 550g/l, 500g/l,450g/l which is require for Export Market. As per the requirements of customers, further processing will be done to make Pepper Powder/Pepper Pieces.
Also our market research show that there are demand for Green Dried Pepper. Green pepper, like black pepper, is made from unripe drupes. Dried green peppercorns are treated in a way that retains the green colour
